This is a very good saloon and spa. The people who work here they’re really very experienced and people. They are very good and very good communication and they talk very nice with the customers and they have a lot of new things in their shop. It is located on the Jamaica venue the exact address is 215-05 Jamaica Ave. Queens Village, New York. One of the most experienced person working here I ask everybody stop by and get the their hair done here. They are really very nice people working here.

Retrocraze Salon is my new spot. I’ve tried other hair salons in Queens and LI, but no one has impressed me like Katina. From the moment I sat in her chair, Katina took the time to understand my hair concerns and tailored her approach to suit my unique needs. That’s just what she does, trust her, she ALWAYS knows best lol. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about the best ways to keep hair healthy, and it’s clear she’s passionate about giving her clients gorgeous, long-lasting results. Katina worked magic on my hair, expertly color-correcting and addressing problem areas that I’ve struggled with for a while. She ensures that every step of the process is gentle on your hair—nothing that could risk causing further damage. Her hands are truly blessed, and I left feeling like a hair model, with healthy, beautiful hair that I’m proud to show off. Her attention to detail and dedication to her craft are unmatched. If you’re looking for a bomb stylist who genuinely cares about your hair’s health and beauty, Katina is your girl. Highly recommend!

10/10 would recommend! Katina did my hair, and it came out EXACTLY how I wanted it! My hair smelled so good after, it was super bouncy and it looked great! Katina was so down to earth and easy to talk to and very good at her job! I would deff recommend booking her!

Katina is amazing! I went to her because my hair was in need of a serious revamp. I had been considering cutting my hair for quite some time, but with curly hair, this is a challenge as many stylists tend to overestimate how much hair to chop off. Katina cut it to the exact length that I wanted and added layers so my curls looked bouncy and full. This was also the first time that I put color in my hair. Katina helped me pick the right color and I was so pleased by the end result. I've received so many compliments since cutting and coloring my hair. I am so obsessed and looking forward to my next trim and touchup session with Katina. Katina is an all-around amazing person. She's always friendly and we have great conversations when I'm sitting in her chair.

I was always nervous to dye my hair because of crazy things I read online about damage and hair loss but when I came to Katina she was knowledgeable in all the new techniques to keep my hair strong and healthy and give me my desired look at the same time. Fast forward 4 years and she is the ONLY stylist I allow to touch my hair because she knows exactly what I want before I know what I want! She matches my balayage perfectly and it’s always masterfully blended- I never have to worry about getting a color that I don’t like. It’s so important to have a hair stylist that keeps up with new techniques and is willing to go to classes and workshops to perfect their art- that’s exactly what Katina does and she’s a pro at it. If you’re looking for a up to date professional that listens and can give you the perfect look then your search is over because Katina is all of that and more (also be ready for lots of laughs along the way). She also does a ton of other things like threading, makeup (I can personally attest to her bomb makeup skills as well) lashes and more!
